of hair products. There are a large variety of shampoos, conditioners and
styling products that target only an adult clientele.
How many times do you wonder: "What can I use on my child's hair"?
 After
many enquiries, research and feedback, 'Kids
Own' has developed a professional range of Children's
Hair Care Products. The 'Kids Own'
range covers the basics for babies and children's cleansing, conditioning
and styling products.
We have formulated two of our shampoos using a low percentage of active
ingredients. These shampoos are noticeably mild while still cleansing.
'Kids Own' left out any ingredients that
could be too strong for a child's hair or scalp.
Many 'older' children can shampoo and style by themselves. Keeping this in
mind we selected easy to use pump-top bottles for our three shampoos and
conditioner. Children can easily use a measured amount, example, 3-4 pumps
of conditioner or shampoo without the usual waste that comes from squeezing
too much product from a container.
 With
environmental issues being important to us, we use recyclable packaging.
Our bottles and jars are made from 100% recyclable PET and PETG plastics
(PolyethyleneTerephthalate). This means in most parts of New Zealand our
empty bottles and jars can be put into recycling bins. This plastic can then
be reused to make other products.
 Most
importantly, 'Kids Own' is made in New
Zealand and not tested on animals.
